Well, IT is different for every pharmacy. Most local pharmacies have a 30 day refill policy. (CVS, Wallgreens, Eckerds) If you were getting it online, it could range from 20-25 day refill policies. My advice would be to call the pharmacy and ask them this question because i think laws are different in each State. Hope this helps.
