Re: I was arrested for ordering by mail

re "Never had anything (at all) go thru customs, let alone seized. Live 5 miles from nearest school."

I find it beyond credibility that someone would be arrested after receiving their first piece of mail from overseas. (Every person, inanimate object, and beast coming in to the U.S. has to go through Customs.) Only a handful of arrests a year are made for small amounts, but Customs seizes about half a million drug packages a year. This story is like getting hit by lightning the first time ever that you played golf. It could happen, but it's very very unlikely.

And then giving those hints about which OP it was? If this story matched a *real* criminal conviction, then the police would have sufficient basis to track down the potential probation violator. If the posts were made by someone on probation, it'd be back to jail for sure.

I have to agree with Ewebp who said "After SIX months have passed and he has already served a YEAR of probation...he is much wiser now." Why is someone ostensibly still on probation making public announcements of their intent to do the same crime all over again?
