ah let them watch. Recod OP's and NROP's are here to stay and they are not going to enforce anything small. Even a customs love letter is nothing to think about, just rip it up and be happy it you get your money back.
Its so not worth it for them to go after people that order from NROP's. They are lucky if they can shut down the website.
