This makes complete sense and then some. I had it posed to me that odering meds overseas is yet another version of "outsourcing", an issue i see as apples to oranges. If the US government makes it impossible to afford US meds, that is not an issue of citizens outsourcing. That becomes an issue of survival based on pharmacuidal companies wishing to basically compete with itself by setting up overseas operations with cheaper prices.
