Bo D. told Imus he had setup a bogus site. This was a month or so after he had his 14 year old son order controlled substances from an OP.

What I don't understand is how a private citizen can violate the law, brag about doing so on national tv and never be charged with a crime.

What would happen if I prepared an illegal substance using a recipe I found on the internet? I broke the law, therefore why aren't all these reporters and the BoMan charged with falsifying records, obtaining a prescription under fraudulent circumstances, etc.?
