Keep in mind, just before the USAPA was signed, two postal workers died from anthrax tainted mail. So, a lot of focus was put on the USPS. It doesn't say they can open your domestic mail without a search warrant. And they've been searching international mail at the border without a warrant since the beginning. Nothing has changed. They can intercept electronic transmissions and do "sneak and peek" searches on a person's home or office, then notify the person after the search is completed. This is a scarey act and it was put together too quickly and quietly. It can be used to step on our 4th amendment rights and take away our privacy. I don't think they had your meds in mind when they signed this though ![]() |
