Boy, I could nitpick this to pieces, but fortunately for everyone, I'll exercise restraint.
Bottom line: the only situations similar to this that I am aware of involve steroids and/or informants. Pfree mentioned that part of the prosecution's case was that pfree has several gym memberships, and therefore many potential customers....not a lot of valium, etc., being sold at gyms, (tho I'm just guessing--- ).
Also the non-steroid cases that I know about involved informants...so the lesson here is: be careful who your "friends" are, and don't mess with steroids.
