I don't think he got "screwed" he got caught. There can be other factors we are not aware of like possibly he had other seizures at Customs, or he lives near a school "drug free zone"
I am amazed at the lack of regard or knowledge I see about possesion and intent of scheduled meds on these boards. Possesion with intent could have been the original charge but I doubt that was the plea that was taken, after all he only spent one night in jail and is on probation. $7,000.00 is not that much money to spend on a first time drug arrest, it can cost upwards of $10,000.00.
Remember we are dealing with narcotics not candy.
