I would think you could fight the first failed drugtest since you just came out of the hospital. You should have just told the mro that you were in the hospital and valium was given as a sedative. The last time I was in the hospital, they gave me a benzo right before surgury. That is quite common. If the mro wanted to look further into it, the hospital records should state what meds were given to you.

Yes I agree the drug testing is very big brotherish and thank goodness I don't have to take them. My hubby injured his back once and failed the whiz quiz because of pain meds he was taken. Almost lost his job over the whole ordeal. What was even stupider was that he had to go into a drug program over pain meds for a hurt back to keep his job. He took some of mine since he doesn't like doctors so he could not justify it with the mro that called. The mro also stated exactly what med he took which I found wild. It was really crazy. He really has to watch what he takes now since new policy states that he will be fired on the spot anymore.
