If you get seized you get seized, it won't make any difference how large your order was. The "Personal Use" exemption applies ONLY to meds you personally carry across the border from Canada or Mexico or wherever. You cannot "assign" the right to carry your meds to a third party (IOP).
This is a very big "grey area" as you say.
If a small quantity of Valium gets seized by customs, chances are all that will happen is you will get a customs "love" letter.
But if you use the so called "Domestic Option" then there should be no customs risk at all. Isn't that what you pay extra for?
Uhhhhh...I would have to disagree with you here. I would think that a package that was seized with say....5000 Valium might have much different consequences than one that had 200 in it...we know that many times Customs opens packages of scheduled drugs and lets them through without any problem, but if someone were to have a HUGE order seized, I would think that it would automatically be looked upon as an 'intent to distibute' by LE. Although God knows with the way things go with IOP's, if the price was right, it WOULD be tempting to order 5000 Valium, just to stockpile them..LOL.
