I think the poster was lying BUT some rules to live by:

Have good medical records, visit doctors if you can afford it.

Don't order from IOPs.

If you do and get a "love letter", throw it away.

Keep your wits about you. Do not accept packages for friends/neighbors.

Do not accept anything you don't feel "right" about.

If you can't live by these rules, be prepared for trouble or move to Europe.
