I would think that if you actually did do kickboxing and jogging etc then you would know more about the subjects, and be able to deal with anxiety better. Seems like you are trying to be someone you are not.

From my experience in the military SF's, things like kickboxing are a good workout but overated. Anyone cane join a TKD program and "feel tough" or have "beer muscles", but true "toughness" comes mentally! Doesn't matter how big the dog in a fight, but the size of the fight in a dog!
