All you need once they get those subpoena's is a good lawyer, most cases, they will find fault in the LE. Sure its a pin but they expect people to just bow down and they tray and scare the Best if kept off the board out you. Always remember, good lawyer. A LE who messes up can really made to look bad an even damage his career if he messes up so they know that (most do )
Attorneys make money this way. Supress the evidence if any and you are home free if it gets that far.
