Kimball, thanks to you for taking the time to post all your conclusions and info. I really learned a lot reading this post.
I have a couple of questions for anyone, but especially lawyers like Horace (thank you Horace):
1) If I'm not sure that the question is "OK" (as mentioned above), or if the questions are getting too specific, how does one NOT talk to the cops without looking suspicious? What nice, neutral thng could I say?
2) Say I have a legal Rx for tylenol w/codeine. But, I also have a small purse and don't want to lug the original bottle with me all the time. What kind of proof do I need to have on me so that I don't get hauled off to jail like Winona Ryder? I know, she had 4 different meds on her, but the charge was "possession of a prescription drug without a prescription". It turned out later that she did have prescriptions, but she still got charged with that (besides the shoplifting).
