I have something to add, I have a good life long friend thats a DA, mainly prosecutes DUI,he told me even if you have only had one beer, the cops smell it on your breath. Let them take you to jail and call an attorney, don't agree to any tests,etc. My state is so backwards the laws are still written in Napoleonic (spelling??) code. Again this is coming from a prosecuter, and I think the same holds true with medication, don't admit to taking a 1/2 of a hydro even with a valid script., or even a benadryl otc medications,etc. Again, this really applies to my state, but may hold true for other states as well. Would be nice if we had some members who where attorneys to comment on this thread! Take care and be safe!
