Driving while taking medication, in my book, is the equivalent of driving after having a few drinks. An automatic no-no.

I had to post about this; I am narcoleptic; If I EVER get in an accident and they dont find the correct level of my controlling med in my systenm I LOSE MY DL FOR LIFE!

So sometimes driving while not taking meds is a no-no; and illegal in my case.

DWI or driving while impaired is illegal; usually determined by a field sobriety test; I agree that DWI is illegal, immoral and often fatal.
