I've interviewed from the VIP board, The National Pain Foundation, American Pain Society, etc.

It's a hard book to write because I get overwhelmed.

One area I'd like more personal stories are from people of color and parents who've observed the withholding of pain meds from their children.

Dr. Carmen Green, U of Michigan Med School, has researched provider bias against minorities and has given me a lot of her research. I thought all this discrimination nonsense would be over by now, but it's not.
