I have a little bit to add to this. I was pulled over and ARRESTED for having 22 10 Milligram Methadone tablets in a Seattle Mariner pill case in my pocket. When these cops found that methadone it was like they found a pound of heroin on me.

I told these cops that I had a script at home for the pills and I also had a bottle with over 300 of the same tablets in it sitting next to my chair in my living room. They didnt want to hear it. They handcuffed me and took me to the police station.

To let you know exactly how little of a town we are talking about the Police station was a double wide Mobile Home, LOL. I am telling this just to let you know that it is against the law to have your meds not in the correct container that they came in.

NEVER take meds with you not in the original bottle. You are asking for a big hassle if you do. I went to court and I won my case. (Cost me 500 dollars for a good lawyer) but at least I dont have a record. These cops all said that Methadone has NEVER been prescribed for anything except Heroin Withdrawl. They still dont believe me.

This world is very strange about some meds. If the med makes it on television, then watch out. It becomes another war started against another Pain med. It sucks but it is the truth. Hope this helps someone not get hassled like I did.
