Great thread. And some good points made. I did a search and the field sobriety test you can adamantly refuse and there is not an f**king thing they can do about it. Except use the tape against you. It is really a grey area and I only drive if I feel I am comfortably in control which is most of the time. I never have street drugs or do I drink so that is not an issue. I also do not carry my meds with me. I am not going to be gone long enough to need to bring them.
