I've never heard of any OP using PayPal anyway. (Not that I've checked them all out). Which, if any, will this effect? The IOPs? The no records places require COD (usually) and the records OPs take CCs (well, NWW seems to be having trouble with CCs lately, but the rest seem ok with them). Just curious.
