Unless we are all part of a government conspiracy I am sure these money making OP's would not disclose anything they don't have to to any government agencies because they have more to hide than us, they'd be shooting themselves in the foot. I know they do give out your e-mail to other OP's and spam you though, a small price to pay for pain relief without having to beg your family doctor and have him prescribe you Ibuprofen!
