One thing about western Union is that they have strange rules>Example they will not let me western Union Money to Brazil(I wonder who I am sending money to LOL) in california. Other states its ok. The way around this is to call your wesern Union Money in by Telephone. Dont want to use computer unless you want a phone call from W.U. MAKING SURE IT WAS YOU WHO CALLED IN ORDER.
