Well my opinion differs in that with the creation of DHS and shared databases that if you received a siezure letter now you may have to at a minimum explain yourself in the new world of security if and when you get another fed. level background investigation. I don't know the answer but am curious. I also remember you saying you no longer use IOP's. I stopped using them years ago.
