Hi everyone,

I'm limited to using Western Union to make my IOP purchases, and I'm wondering if anyone knows of specific IOPs which have a good track record for not taking advantage of WU (the customer being more vulnerable than having a chargeback option with a credit card), and being pretty consistent when it comes to delivering the goods after receiving their payment?
After all, it's so easy to just take the money from the WU customers, never deliver, and only concern oneself with those who can issue chargebacks.

Is there anyone with more experience than I have using WU who could post or PM me with any recommendations?

It would be much appreciated.
