Could that be because some people order their spasm meds, and/or v, and the like, from nr op's for the cheaper price, though longer wait, but order their pain meds, from a regular op, cause to be outta pain meds is unbearable, and sometimes the no ops don't carry pain meds? I did that for awhile.
