Ordering Same Medication from Diff. Domestic OPs

I'd like a definitive answer pertaining to if *anyone* has been busted via controlled delivery by a UPS man or otherwise for ordering certain medications from different domestic OPs simultaneously for one's own supply (to preprare for the event that the respective pharmacies are shut down soon due to upcoming legislation). I do realize that most OPs, such as RxBetterdeals, RX1Stop and RxHotDeals all utilize pharmacies from Florida. The most recent two times I ordered, I accepted one package and didn't accept the other. This was because when I missed the UPS man's first delivery to me, I called the hub to have it scheduled for pickup that evening. Then I got a call back saying that the UPS man would be back to deliver my package within 90 minutes because he knew my route well (is this normal?). When he arrived (*much* later than 90 minutes mind you), I signed for the package but got a suspicious feeling because he didn't look like the usual friendly UPS man I'm accustomed to (he was this large, serious looking guy). When I asked him who to write the money order out to, he said, "It doesn't say - do you even know who sent you the package?" and, "Do you know what it is?". During my next delivery a week later the same man arrived at my door so I didn't answer. To make matters worse, one of my orders from a tropics server (24hourpills.com, now known as rxlounge.com) was approved by the doctor but was held by the pharmacy or something ... so they kept my money and I never got my order (the online shipping label showed that it was to be shipped from a Miami, Florida address).

It was my understanding that if pharmacies saw one or more orders of the same medications being filled at the same time, they would simply cancel them and blacklist the patient's name and address - not tip off the DEA for an investigation. Can anyone help give some educated feedback without breeding paranoia? Thank you.
