codeine combined with apap (tylenol, aspirin, etc.) is not schedule II. actually even hydro combined with the aforementioned is not schedule II either. i believe only in its unadulterated form is it a sch.II drug.
oh, fyi, heroin is not schedule II either. herion is classified as a schedule I drug which makes it illegal to have. period.
