I was just getting ready to post this article.
My first impression was that it is an excuse to waste even more taxpayer's money on intercepting packages from IOP's, partially to stop the illegal imporation of controlled medications and partially to preserve the tradition of American pharmaceutical companies giving us the shaft on drug prices.
Could this be the reason for people here posting about the increased number of "love letters" as of late?
