I ordered once from FirstMedInter (June 2003), nothing arrived, they didn't respond to my emails at all (in fact some bounced because their email server was full...they must have been getting a lot of mail!) I figured they were either a scam or especially subject to seizure (although I never got a seizure letter). Fortunately I paid by credit card, and my bank is very good about doing chargebacks, so I lost no money.

As for "red flagging"...I've ordered lots of other things of USOP's and other IOP's for myself and my family since then never had a problem. I'm just one person, but that's my story.
