Since no one else has responded I will just jump in. I have never received one myslef but I have read many many times on this board and many others that the best thing to do is to let the IOP know you received it and see if they will resend your order. I understand most will. I have read that you should definately not respond to the letter. Just consider it a warning.

You can try searching this forum for Customs or Love Letter. I think that's what some refer to them as. If you search you will find a lot of info on them as they are quite prevelant.

Maybe someone else will respond as well. Maybe if you post this under the thread for the IOP you used, you will get better info.
