I doubt he could have used NWW as someone posted above. They don't have an online questionare anymore and haven't for a long time because of reasons like this! They require medical records from a physcian with your ID blown up. They have caught a person ordering under 2 different names and using med records so they are on the ball! Don't underestimate the powers of some of the record OP's that don't take lightly to this kinda ilegal activity. NWW will report you to the authorities if they catch illigal activity so i doubt this guy used them.

Nww does require records. But only for refills. The intial fill will be sent out without them. Also when you sign up for a consult you do fill out a online questionare . That asks all kinds of things about your condition...
I think the other poster was saying. That he got the intial fill sold them on the street. Then did not get the refills..
