Hopefully this DEA family friend will protect him/her with the information given. I once years ago lived in a tiny town in FLA and people knew everything about everyone. Three people even found out I was pregnant before I was ever notified. And being such a small town, everyone he used to acquire these meds is already gossiped about as well. Everyone knows everyones business is almost an understatement. I dont think I would have signed anything but I can definetly understand the position this person was put in and also being in a small town if he didnt cooperate with authorities they would have for sure thought he was in cohoots with the defendent. And stories will fly around too as soon as word gets out.
