Now you are a witness and will more than likely be dragged into a criminal case. Before I wrote up and signed a statement, I would have contacted my attorney.
What this person did was criminal and stupid, and he's in a lot of hot water. This is very serious and you have yourself stuck right in the middle of it now.
Folks, this is yet another reason to avoid the no consult places. I would seriously stop using them. The Best if kept off the board is going to hit the fan. This is almost expected. What bothers me is that the record/consult required places are being looked at. I don't get what is up with that, but I believe Alphaman's story about his little visit and that's extremely disturbing.
