$50 BILLION??? Multiply that by 30 and you'll get closer, no joke. I prepared a 26 page research paper on the war on drugs in college. I only got a B because the prof. did not like the fact that I was critical of the govt. and suggested that using the estimated 1.3 trillion it spends on the war on drugs each year on treatment centers/education would be a better idea. So much for free thinking...
