Lardaman - get a grip. Yep - I am a liberal and proud of it. At one point I was proud of my country - but under the present administration I am deeply ashamed. As someone who has worked both in the corporate world (pharmaceuticals) and now in education I have a pretty good "fix" on what is happening. You want to hear horror stories - well, what goes on in the pharmaceutical firms would stand your hair up on end - and the FDA - it is an endless revolving door. If Drugbuyers wants to remove my posts - let them - it will not change the way I feel nor my involvement in trying to make this country a better place for all of us - not just the fat cats. Trust me, war is not the answer - better we should make war on some of these corporations and try and break up the love affair that goes on between the pharmaceutical corporation, the medical profession, the insurance companies and public interest groups such as AARP - who finally backed off and is now endorsing importation of drugs from Canada.
