I was talking on the phone and missed the first part of the story, but MSNBC ran a "teaser" for an NBC story tonight. The last 5 seconds of the spot said they would be looking at OP's that sell without "proper" (I think was their word) doctor consultations.

Anyone catch this. I searched the websites, but no luck.
