FYI, here in 'free' NH - 100 C-II pills is the max you can get. I think the prescription slips are on special paper, in triplicate.
The scrip has to be signed, and the amount has to be written in letters as well as numbers.
No refills, no call-ins.
ID required at the pharmacy.
I don't think the drug has to be hand-written on the presciption, though, since my last one was printed up on a laserjet, and there was no problem.
