I'm trying to get a categorization of all the states in the following categories:

1. Requiring triplicate prescriptions
2. No triplicate prescriptions, but some special monitoring for Schedule II drugs such as special blue forms, electronic monitoring, etc.
3. No triplicate prescriptions, and no monitoring

I searched the DEA's website, but was unable to find this information.

Finally, what are the laws that relate to getting a Schedule II drug from a different state and transporting it to your home state?
