If he did steal the rx pads then yep! Jail, part of the problem here is him doing time for traffiking. The way the law is written and interpreted puts him in the "traffiking" catagory.. I dont think he should have been labeled and charged as a traffiker, even the prosecutor said he didnt think he was selling the meds... Also, the mandatory minimum is CRAZY!!! There are murderers doing less than half that time for there crimes.. Something is askew..
