My 2nd DUI I was not breaking the law.
I already said, I had 2 bannana schnaps.
IT IS NOT yet against the law to drive after drinking Just after your BAC is above .10.

My husband was arrested once because we had a loud
'wrestling match' and the nieghbors called the police. I had a scratch on my thigh. This was a playful fight.

I was arrested for writing a hot check once. The check was written from a checkbook that I had reported stolen months before. However, the Bank only puts a hold on the checks for 6 months. The check was written about 9 months after I reported the checkbook (along with my license) stolen.
I happened to be in the hospital on the day the check was written. That along with the original Police Report of course got the case dropped.

There are many. many cases of people being arrested w/o breaking the law. This is why we are still innocent until proven guilty. Which....btw I still am. You all seem to think I have already been concvicted. You are arrested for suspicion, not neccessarily guilt.

I have said over and over again that I now realize I was wrong. I don't think it needs to be said again.
