Don't get too paranoid. Worse case scenario, if customs seizes it your out the cost of the meds. More than likely however, the IOP will give you the option of reship or refund.

It is HIGHLY (like 99.9%) unlikely it would ever escalate any further than that. Especially for something as innocuous as Ambien.

The general rule with seizures is customs basically puts the burden on the shipper. It is extremely hard to prove you actually ordered something. You can always play stupid and say you have no idea who or why someone shipped it to you. Especially if, as most of the better IOPís do, they ship in a plain envelop with no information identifying you as the person who ordered it (other than the ship to address).

Just donít pursue a seizure and you should be fine with IOPĎs.
