I ordered from an IOP back on January 2nd, 2004. The shipment was sent Express Mail via the USPS. I never received my package so the IOP re-shipped and that one was received at a different address. I asked the IOP what happened to the first shipment and they insisted it had been seized by U.S. Customs. Well.. low and behold, I have a delivery notice today, over 4 months later, stating they attempted delivery of that very same original package.

What gives? Anyone ever had this happen before? I am dumbfounded as to why I am receiving this now and a little anxious in picking it up (as in I don't know if I should). Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.
