I know this is not a forum for substance abuse but....First and foremost...get help for your drinking problem. You should not be taking those meds with alcohol. I am saying you have a drinking problem because this is your third DUI. "Normal" drinkers don't get 3 DUI's, "normal" drinkers don't drink when they are using those types of meds. There is a saying "If alcohol is causing a problem in your life, you have a problem with alcohol." 3 DUI's are a problem in your life. Seek help now!

Perhaps as others have suggested get your butt to a rehab and enroll in at least an out-patient program before this goes to court. It may work in your favor, but three DUI's is bad news in any state.

Of course you're scared....you got busted doing something that obviously you already knew was illegal. Plus you were in possession of controlled substances without a 'scrip.

I am not going to apologize for being harsh on you....this is nothing compared to what you will face in court.

I sincerely hope you get through this and some out on the other side a little wiser as well as sober.
