I want to clarify here. There are some points that are mssing. I know I made a misake, but i didn't realizethe severity of it.

The first Dui I recieved was 8 years ago and very much deserved. Christmas eve, I was seperated from my first husbad who had custody(I later ofundout he did not have cutody, he told meh e did and that I could not come around them...which ale) of my kids. Was tuck in a snow storm in NC, trying to get to TN to spend time with my kids. I was drunk and deserved the Dui, Plead guilty.

The second Dui was just stupid. I was cmping in Nc and onmy way to store. I REALYY had only had two drinks. I refused the breath test and did not knwo if NC that is implied guilt. So I ws foind guilty. I later learned if I had takent he brath test I likely would have passed as I had only had 2 banana shots. (low alcohol).

This one I really thought I was fine! I ad not taken any hyrdo in 5 hours prior to drinking. so 7.5 hours prior to the stop. I passed the initital rodside tiest, the finger count. But could not do the walking or standing on one leg due to back problems. I had really only had 3.5 to 4 drinks in a 2 hour time frame. And I had eaten in that time as well. I weigh 120 lbs.I did not expect to be over the limit!. I have drank 2 times in the last 2 years, hich was when my last DUI was. I think the biggest mistake ws that I had little sleep the ast 2 nights.

I am not justifyig myself, but I forgot about the xnax as I rarely take it. The hydro I do have a sctipt for, just did not have it with me. I DID nto think I was drunk, did not expect to blow over .10. My kids were not in the car!
I am a SAHM who is cooped up with my kids for 24/7 and just wanteed a little braek and adult company.

I do hve an appt with a Bupe Doctor on Monday. The cope knew that, he had even found the paperwork. As for the search, he tore the ban apart. I told him everything. Where they Hydo came from, what it was,ect.

I do not even take the Xanax except rarely for sleep. I had forgotten it ws in my purse and had beent there since early march when i brought it for a massage Hubby had boghten me for anniversary. Hoping to help unwind me.

So for those of you bashing, me saying throw the book, ect.

I HAD no clue that it ws illegal to carry presctiprions without the bottle! I ahve always put a few into a little travl il case that I purchased a the drug store.

To make it clear. I did not even order the xanax. Ot was sent to me by accident by Medicine gallery after I ordered Soma for them.

I am already off the hydro, since I went 24 hours due to the lock up, I figured I might as well continue. Do You think if I get a xanax script Monday that will help.
