I was just reading this post. . .
1. Police DO have the right to search, if they have probable cause.
2. Definatley push the rehab!!! If you show you are trying to help yourself, it will help. DO IT NOW! Before you go to court. The court will have more understanding if you show you are helping yourself!
3. I have experienced someone being arrested for the same thing twice. Regarding illegal presciption usage. They just recieved probation, after completing communityservice, counciling. The down side, they are left with a FELONY on their record. Do what you need to do and do it fast!!! Getting help is the #1 thing you need to do.
