This would be my first and foremost reason NOT to drink, drug, and drive!!! What were you thinking???

As for someone mentioning earlier about you taking a plea bargain as soon as possible...well, you can bet that most likely the only bargain that the States Attorney will offer is dropping the drug charges for your guilty plea and conviction to the DUI.
Honestly, they will either keep the drug charges as a misdemeaner or maybe even drop them, as long as they can get you on that third DUI/DWI offense.
