You probably already know this but in case their is a next time or for anyone else this may pertain too you have the right to remain silent for a reason. Please use it.

Most of the time the only evidence against you is from your own confession. Why do you think they sit down and talk to you? cause they need a friend or they want to help you?

Yes it is technically a crime to carry prescription meds on you without the script but people do it all the time and they even sell little fancy pill cases to help you along. (Who wants to carry around with them a bottle of #120 hydro?) Most of the time if you have a script they will drop the charges but they will use this to bust your chops.

Xanax is very easy to get a script for and you already had a script for the hydro it doesn’t matter if you got it online or not. You could have easily gotten a script of Xanax from an OP before your first court date.

Your biggest problem is the DUI and the fact you had prior DUI's. In my state for your second DUI you would get an automatic 30 days in jail and lose your license for 3 years.
