Well I was busted last night.

Here are my questions:

I was puled over for crosing the center line.
Given field sobiety tests. Passed the finger thing, Could not do the one leg thing.

I had had 4 drinks (3 beers and a shot)in 2.5 hours.

I had approx 6 lortabs and about 10 xanax on me and my last hydro had been aobut 6 hours earlier.

The xanax were in blister packs and I did not have prescription. The lortabs were in my pocket and I did have a prescription, but not with me. Froom an OP.

Here are the charges:

I was charged with possession of a controled substance.

Dui (blew a .12 ....state min is .10 here). I ony blew because I felt sure I would pass. This will be my 3rd offense in 10 years. I had one on Chrsitmas eve in 96 and one in December 2002. This is the second time that I have drinken since June 2002.

Charged with possession of 2 Driver licenses's. Didn't knwo this was ilegal. The state accidentally sent me two
licesnes.

Charged with crossing the center line. I AM night blind and was on the phone and lost on a dark road.

This guy wrote me for everyhting that he could.
I was strip searched and locked up for 12 hours before gettng a phone call or hearing.Or food or water.
The xanax was found in my van/purse and I did not give conent to search.
The bond was $5600.

What are my options/consequences here? For the record, I did not order the Xanax, it was shipped to me by an IOP by accident when I had ordered Soma. They told me to destroy it which I did not. I have had a prescript for Xanax, but it was 4 years ago.

I have an appt with a Bupe doc for the hydro on Monday Mornig and the officer knew this. I admitted hydro abuse(stupid) andmitted ording online (stupid), and I admitted not having the xanax script.
ANYBODy...please let me know what I may be facing here.
