Actually, I'll admit that I did that exact same thing (a while ago)and nothing happened. Your friend isn't going to get in trouble now. If they called the doctor before filling the prescription and asked, then she would get into some trouble, but not now. Don't worry. (and please don't make her worry about it now-she knows it was wrong).
