It doesnít matter who you want to be president.

Presidents arenít kings for god sakes. Thanks to men and a few strong women who took a rifle in hand, rallied together and defeated the British we have a democracy. It does take the house and senate to pass bills. Its not like Kerry or Bush can just declare the law of the land and OP's will go away.
